Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day! Jimbo has been an awesome dog. We all just love him, and he gets so much attention! We had a party, and everyone wanted to take him home. Such a good boy! Thanks again. We are so happy to have him.

He's the best!

Hi...  I just wanted to touch base and say that Miss Reba is still doing absolutely amazing!!   She is still the sweetest little girl!  I could not be any happier!!  Thank you so much!!

Hoping all is well with you guys!!

-Update from Reba's family

Hi Sara &  Cody,

Just a lil update on the GREATEST dog ever!!  Miss Reba is doing wonderful!!  She is sooo sweet, gentle, laid-back, goofy or just plain funny and just soo loveable!!
Also, just so you know, she is very healthy, and growing up so fast!  She is 31lbs at almost 26 weeks,  and will be getting spayed at the end of the month.

Reba says  - Thank you for finding me my most favorite family ever!  She also says... tell my mommy, Tinkerbell, that I am just fine and doing great!  I am training my people just fine!  I love playing with my kids, or just playing all by myself with my toys - especially the squeaking ones - did you know if you play by yourself and get bored - just squeak and squeak them ALOT - it drives your people crazy so they play tug-a-war with you!  I also love just hanging out watching tv with them - except when there is another dog on tv - I don't like that - cuz then I have to show them that I am their special dog - not the one on TV!   I still love my blankie and I keep it close by, but I had to get a pillow to go with it, just like my kids have!  I cant believe how good I sleep with them!
I also love playing fetch,  but have recently figured out how to catch frisbees and that is pretty fun also!!  I learned to swim this year also and that makes those hot days, not so hot, and then my people give me a puppy spa...  which I LOVE, so I try to do that every chance I can, cuz what girl doesn't love spas!  I LOVE car rides!  I also love to sniff things out also, my dad gave me antlers to play with, so I really like finding them when we go for walks!  My mom plays a game where she hides morel mushrooms, and I have to find them with my nose, I love finding them, but I haven't mastered not mouthing them yet,  but she thinks I will before next spring and then she says I can go with her in the woods!    Basically, my new family says I am the BESTEST dog ever, and tell me they love me, so I kiss them all the time, cuz they like kisses!!

I hope this update finds you and your family well!!

Hi there!

We wanted to provide an update with a few recent pictures of Hazel, formerly Lilac.

She just had her second vet visit this past week for her 12-week shots. She has grown to just about 16 lbs at 13 weeks tomorrow! Our plan is for her to stay at this size and be a lap dog forever ;-)

She is full of that puppy energy, but can easily be convinced that it's time to lay down and relax and be a foot or lap warmer. Everyone says that she has the best temperament and we could not agree more. She is a total joy and we have loved every minute with her. She is also very easy to train and has already learned sit, stay, lay down, shake, high five and we are working diligently on "come". That one has been harder, especially when she's outside and distracted!

She's also figured out how to get out of her crate so we had to get smarter than the dog to figure out how to keep her in. But otherwise, she loves her crate time and goes very easily usually once a day for a couple of hours and then all through the night as well.

She loves her Blue Buffalo puppy chow still, and at the vet's recommendation we add small pieces of broccoli, carrots, sweet potato or blueberries from time to time.

I could go on and on but simply put, she is a wonderful addition to our family and we are grateful for your help bringing her into the world and getting her off to a great start! We're so eager to see pictures of some of the other puppies from the litter, we keep thinking it would be so interesting to compare.

Thank you again. I'll keep in touch as we go here!

"Just thought I’d send along an updated picture and fun video. We are just in love with Oakley. He brings such joy to our family and has proven to be an amazing foster brother to the puppies we foster. He’s a perfect mix of playful and loving to them.

He continues to learn new tricks and is currently working on his “secret handshake”. He loves car rides, running free in the yard with his people, and his daily walks that are up to 6 miles long! He was neutered this week and weighed in at 55lbs."

Sara and Cody-

Hank has been such a blessing to our family. He is full of love and joy to us and everyone he meets! Hank loves to be around people and other animals, we call him the mayor as he needs to greet everyone.

He is a big snuggly teddy bear, growing very quickly! We are at 6 months now - roughly 55 lbs. Hank is very healthy, smart and easily trained.

Thank you for giving us the best addition to our family that we could ever ask for!

Hi Sara and Cody,

Wanted to send another quick update- First- We are SO in love with Milo. He is getting to be quite the big boy! He is very smart, very sweet, and has quite the personality.

He loves to play and loves being with his people. His favorite pastimes are playing with puppy friends, going for walks and playing outside, and playing with his favorite teddy toy (with us of course).

He has already learned to sit, shake, down, kennel, and recall (which he loves), and we're working on stay and scoot (our word for recall).

He's about 12 weeks now and almost 20 pounds. He's also a hot bug and loves his cold pack...

Hey Guys,

We just wanted to wish you a Merry (belated) Christmas! We’ve had the best five months with Rookie (Rocket) and we wanted to thank you guys for that.

Rookie turned 5 months old yesterday and is just over 45 pounds. He’s going to be a very big boy. He’s doing amazing in his schooling and listens to his mom and dad very well! We were amazed how fast he was potty trained and how easy crate training was thanks to the efforts put in before we were able to get him.

Also, we referred a friend so hopefully this spring Rookie will have a brother or sister near to hang out with!

Hi Sara and Cody!

Dr. Plato is fitting right in! He loves to snuggle and play fetch. Last night (night 4), he slept the whole way through the night. We are so proud...

He already learned sit, and loves food/treats.
He is loyal and follows us everywhere, he is not much of a walker yet. He prefers that we carry him around outside, which cracks us up.
He loves everyone he meets and melts everyone's heart.
Here are a few pictures!

-Update from Dr. Plato's family

Hey Sara and Cody!

I took this video of Plato (Louie) last night to show how he has mastered sit, even without a treat.

-Video from Plato's family (9 weeks old)

Hey guys,

Had to send an update on Plato. He is one of the smartest dogs I have ever owned and trained. At 9.5 weeks of age, he knows sit, down, stay, come, shake, and "go-go" (he runs through an agility tunnel). In addition, we purchased a "smart" toy with levers, slides, and cones that hold treats. He has all of the treats out in about 5 minutes!!!

Puppy kindergarten starts October 22, and we are excited to see all the new manners he will learn since the commands are already solid! He goes to puppy playgroup every Sunday and he loves to wrestle with dachshunds! His second favorite activity at playgroup is the slide and the agility ramps, we think he would be very interested in dog agility courses!!! How cool.

Thank you again!

"We just got home. Teagan was awesome in the car! Had three potty breaks and did his stuff. No accidents and no whining in the crate. THANK YOU for this darling boy!!"

Hi Sara and Cody,

Just had to let you know how fabulous Teagan (Mocha) is doing. We made the 4 hour car trip just fine. He's been sleeping through the night and THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the potty training you started. He has been accident free since we brought him home.   He had a perfect "10" at the vet and was quite the talk of the place with his crazy Merle coat!
He and his 1 1/2 year old doodle sister have been very good to each other. I really think they will be best friends once Teagan gets a little bigger.
Thank you so much for such a great puppy. We hope his sisters Keeley and Maggie are as happy in their new homes!

-Update from Teagan's family

Hi Sara and Cody,

Just thought I would give you a quick update after having Keeley home a few days. She is doing absolutely wonderfully! I think she is reveling in being an "only child" and loves to run herself ragged and then snuggle and sleep for a while, get back up and repeat.

She had her vet appointment yesterday and they said she was beautiful and perfect - but we already knew that. ;-)

We hope all is well and Keeley's siblings have a similar experience in their new homes!

"A couple adorable shots of Livvy!   She is such a sweetie! She loves her new home and we already love her so much!"

"Just had our first vet visit.  All went well."

"Here's one more shot of Ella and Livvy.   Ella (10) has been an amazing puppy mama.  She's wanted a dog for so long, she is beyond thrilled."

Hello Cody, quick update on Bandit! Just took a trip to Michigan.  Bandit was a terrific traveler, he even impressed Grandma and Grandpa with his calm demeanor!

He stole the show on Mackinaw Island, we were stopped by no less than a dozen people wanting to find out what breed he was.

Charlie and Will have had a terrific summer playing with him hours on end. Thanks again for breeding such great puppies!!! He's a keeper.

Hope all is well with you and your family.

We shipped Rufus to New York. Here is what his new adopted family had to say:

"Just back to our apt. We could not be happier! Thanks and stay in touch!"

"That was right after he was "out of the box". Seems to be adjusting well."

"He's all set. Emily and he are snuggled on the couch."

"He seems very mellow."

"They LUV him...He has fit right in with no adjustment time needed. ;)"

"We have been so busy with Mambo...introducing him to the neighborhood!  he loves everyone and settles in so nicely with other people and dogs. He is such a joy...we are blessed!"

"Just to let you know how much we are enjoying MAMBO!  He loves being outside and "prances" around the block.  He is also so smart...he knows a few houses away where he lives...I drop the leash and he runs to the front door.  He loves his chew toys and loves to play "keep away" if you try to get the toy.  He is also an incredible lover and snuggler!!!!
His sister Leeza is getting used to him slowly.  He chases her around the dining room table which is so cute...she weighs 60 lbs and he weighs in at 10 lbs.  but he keeps up with her.
We are taking him today for a 2 hour drive.....we'll see how he does in the car."

"Just want to let you know how much we are enjoying Parker!

He has been wonderful, made the 4.5 hour car trip home without any issues, he slept the whole way.

We also started potty training as soon as we got home, and he has had no accidents! It is the easiest potty training ever!

He also is great with our other dog Jake, they went to Petco the first night together and everyone was oooing and ahhing over how cute he looked!

I attached some pictures from the first day with him."
